The | industrial | series born from experience in scientific research, applied to an intensive industrial production environment. The concepts at the base of the application, require use of modules, designed to obtain homogeneous and maximum intensity of the required PAR flow, adaptable in any cultivable area, from growbox to industrial greenhouses, with the possibility of increasing flow and coverage, with adjusting the power or by adding additional modules. The kit are assembled of quality components in a completely passive cooling system without any moving part, completely silent (0dB), with minimizing operations and maintenance, ensuring repeatability of results and performance over time, with possibility to upgrade the system by the user, in perspective and DIY philosophy. Often, less is more.
The | industrial | series goals are minimizing any maintenance, in a minimal highest quality assembly, and make it completely silent. Each system was calculated to obtain an optimal passive cooling using pure aluminum forged heatsinks with maximum degree of thermal conductivity, joined to an entirely aluminum structure. The heat is effectively dissipated thanks to the high thermal conductivity of the heat sinks and the structure, favored by the currents convection generated for the consequent effect of the difference temperature with the environment. Each system is calculated to work in the absence of forced ventilation and is calculated on the individual powers, allowing a thermal equilibrium without loss of efficiency or degradation in the PAR radiation emitted, at 0dB. In professional use, in specific controlled spaces, the benefits of normal ventilation used in growbox or industrial greenhouse are the best environment for the passive cooling system.
We are design different types and different sized multi-cob systems configurations,which differ for power and emitted PAR intensity . All assembled systems and respective variables have common features. They are fully made of anodized aluminum laser and CNC machined, using forged heatsinks in pure aluminum, calculated and optimized for maximum efficiency on the individual output powers in each configuration. The installed COB are the latest generation and best bin, selected for radiometric and photometric quality, individually mounted on adapters without welds, without lenses, shields and with the only use of secondary reflectors to optimize penetration, intensity and coverage. The power output is dimmable from 10% to 100%. The quality of the spectrum and the PAR flux density emitted by our systems, are highly significant parameters, performance unreachable by any other commercial systems.
